Our accommodation, once
a fisherman's store, sits in the picturesque
village of Portwilliam, Wigtownshire, on the
eastern shore of Luce Bay with views towards
the Mull of Galloway and Isle of Man. |

within the "Machars" area of Galloway,

its friendly welcome. It is ideal for exploring
the surrounding area and is popular with visitors
of all ages with safe beaches and harbour, quiet

Situated in Main Street
we are close to all amenities. Within 500 yards
you'll find various shops including Post Office,
hair dresser, licensed restaurant and an hotel
which has two separate bars and dining room.
The harbour entrance is also in this area. |

The village has an excellent
bowling green and tennis courts. The local golf
club lies near the village of Monreith just
two miles away and is an excellent example of
a 9-hole links course. |
